Assessing risk and youth safety and assisting the family in developing a safety plan to prevent or address situations of child abuse and/or neglect, gathering relevant information about children/youth, their families, and their social and family functioning, working autonomously or in a multi-disciplinary team to provide ongoing analysis and support to families, referring to and collaborating with other community agencies and community partners/professionals to provide further support to the families, and attending to all necessary legal procedures and documentation.

Work in a residential program for families with teenagers between the ages of 12—17 years who need help navigating their adolescent years with the goal of family integration through a systemic, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach.
