As a concession driver, I was responsible for all food and beverages, receiving (use of jack pallet) storage, rotation, merchandising of drinks, food. Placing promotions within concessions, food inspection, assembly and disassembly of the concessions, supervision of temporary workers within the concessions, during large events such as the National Soccer Championship (Spruce Meadows, home of the Cavalry) with an average audience of 5 thousand people, Masters Horses (with an average audience of 20 thousand people) Christmas Market, among others. I drove trucks, vans, box trucks, refrigerated trucks every day. I was responsible for 3 concessions, Twin Peaks, La Cantina simultaneously and finally Apress Sky.
