Additional Information
- I have been swimming for 8 years and have advanced to the first steps into becoming a lifeguard. I have also completed the youth courses at the YMCA and am now going to the MNP center formally known as Repsol or the Talis man Center. Going to MNP has advanced my knowledge in swimming and is now teaching me how to help others. This allows me to be more mindful of others and how to help them.
- For my lifeguard training I have now completed my national lifeguard which allows me to be a lifeguard. This means I have a well understanding of CPR, deep wounds, shallow cuts, blisters, how to treat seizures, shock, heat attack and allergic reactions.
- I also volunteer as a TA for teaching swimming lessons at the MNP facility which makes me well trained in how to handle kids. I have been volunteering there since January 24th.
