When I am given the opportunity of teaching or working together on a task with a peer I am patient and very thorough when explaining and or showing new skills or techniques required for that specific task. Being able to pick up on others strengths and weaknesses when I was a supervisor helped make decisions when trying to delegate jobs accordingly.

I am a very hard worker, I push myself above and beyond what is necessary to complete daily tasks. I work well alone or with other employees. I am willing to learn new skills, I have always been a quick learner and pick up on daily routines very quickly. I communicate with my peers often and always talk to them if there is an issue, or if help is needed. I am always honest about things I may need assistance with or when i have made a mistake.
