Experience in heavy civil works and earthworks construction relating to site preparation, roads, piling, and foundations. Working experience in preparing estimates/bids/tendering in multi discipline projects with consultants and contractors. Experienced in change management including project trend analysis, project variance analysis, cost variance tracking, project budget updating and cost forecast. Working experience in preparing RFPs/Bids/Tendering in multi discipline projects with consultants and contractors.
