- Deliver settlement needs assessments for each newcomer or newcomer family

- Escorting the clients to their medical appointments and advocating on their behalf
- Accompany and support the client in Service Canada to obtain the SIN number
- Prepare client files and keep all the information as per the guideline from IRCC and
- SODS
