Manage a large caseload of clientele designated as 'Complex Cases'
Communicate with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada regarding clients' resettlement needs, Immigration Status, and IRCC Policies
Effectively work with and address complex client needs and barriers
Use trauma informed approach while working with Government Assisted Refugees
Provide a multitude of information through various languages to clientele
Conduct intake and needs assessment with clients immediately after their arrival and the development of a customized initial resettlement plan
Refer and work closely with services providers to address clients’ immediate and long-term needs, using both internal and external resources
Monitoring and reviewing processes and outcomes with clients and service providers while planning exit strategies and case closure
Create and maintain clients physical and electronic files while upholding a highly-sensitive and confidential client filing system.
