My name is Niki and I am 20 years old. I am born and raised in Canada and is looking for a summer job before I start university in the fall term. I have volunteered for most of my life and enjoy keeping myself busy. I was a CIT (counselor in training) at William Lutsky YMCA where I had the chance to work with kids and supervisors in leading day to day activities. I have also volunteered at the Edmonton Valley Zoo where I participated in handing out hot chocolate during the cold seasons.
I have worked with Sandhu Immigration Consulting Services for quite a while and I have showcased my strong work ethic and resourcefulness. I significantly contributed to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and office organization, ensuring client expectations were consistently met. Prior to that, I had the opportunity to work at Save-On-Foods where I was a team member in the produce department. I Maintained high standards of cleanliness and organization and made sure customer satisfaction was met.
Overall, I am a hard determined worker and will make sure to complete my tasks with the best of my abilities and bring a positive attitude in the workplace as I believe kindness is what brings us together.
I have completed more than 70 hours in community service for the school year 2019/2020. I Mostly volunteered in Hope Mission where I assisted in the kitchen in giving out food to the underprivileged .
I was awarded for being a well-respected and kind hearted classmate and inspiring others to preserve.
I have achieved an average of 90% and higher with no grade lower than 80% in core subjects
I have participated in the Counselor in Training program at the William Lutsky YMCA during the summer of 2016. Through a week long training program as well as a 3 week placement in the day camp program, I have volunteered approximately 120 hours and have acquired many valuable sills such as program planning, communication and asset building.
