  • Company Overview: This job has changed and improved my habits, skills and mindset towards my every day lifestyle. This is a commission based job (no salary) so I’d be way more motivated and dedicated to work 60 hours a week maintaining a badge average of $1100 a week.
  • I’ve done a lot 1 on 1 mentorshipS with everyone in the office to pick their Brains about how they sell and what works for them.
  • I’ve learned skills not only for sales but the skills I need to move up quickly where leadership and management opportunities are available.
  • I’ve improved my communication skills drastically from Pitching at least 100 people daily.
  • I was promoted to the leadership role by selling 30 units in 2 weeks, then read 2 books and completed test where now I have access to learn different things and to do public speaking such as morning meetings and workshops.
  • Currently in the process of creating my own team where I’m teaching and training new starts how to sell using the D1-D4 methods where if I get my head count of 2 leaders and 3 distributors I get promoted to a promoting leader (PL) and get to access to learn new things.
  • This job has not only taught me about sales but has taught me personal development skills such as how to do your taxes, ways to invest into property’s, how to be financially free, how to buy a house and car properly, how to manage your liabilities and assets and so much more.
  • I’ve attended 2 public speaking conferences where some of the top owners in the company give out speeches about sales and run breakouts and meetings about their Tactics on how to sell and become a better sales rep overall.
