Working as Application Support Lead for AML applications related to Canada. Responsible for production system maintenance and deployments. Responsible for creating SBG's and checklist for deployments. Managing offshore team for 24/7 application support. Working closely with business teams to address their issues and work with different teams if needed to find possible solution and implement fixes. Worked with vendor SymphonyAI team to address production issues and new releases.

Accomplishments:

• Created balance and control to manage complete batch schedule without manual intervention. This saved lot of hours spent daily on running/handling the jobs overnight.
• When joined this project, there were many unresolved tickets pending from few months, I did resolve them with in few weeks of joining team.
• Handled all major production releases without any single issue by creating implementation checklist, SBG's and coordinating with multiple teams. Have received appreciation multiple times from business and client for managing production releases smoothly.
• Played key role during data migration for Demarket and Bank Of The West projects.
• Documented steps to troubleshoot reoccurring issues which helped to stabilize offshore team
• Implemented new processes to improve availability, reliability, and scalability of production systems.
• Gained strong knowledge in SymphonyAI's NetReveal application.

Joined as Senior Developer under contract position. My key responsibilities were to manage installing and configuring AML products from OFSAA platform, was SPOK person for all infra related items for AML TM projects, worked with Oracle vendor team for installation/configuration and any troubleshooting for Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Case Management (OFS ECM) and Financial Crime and Compliance (FCC) Studio applications.

Accomplishments:

• Installed and configured OFS ECM and FCC Studio applications successfully in all environments including production.
• Successfully migrated OFS ECM version from 8.0.4 to 8.0.8
• Successfully cloned OFS ECM 8.0.8 into different environments.
• Played key role during data migration from 8.0.4 to 8.0.8
• Optimized existing database queries for improved performance of UI issues.
• Monitored system performance metrics such as AWR reports, memory usage., to identify areas of improvement.
• Gaining extensive experience in installing, configuring, cloning and with data migration for OFS ECM and FCC Studio applications.

Worked as Senior Developer and Application Support Lead. Worked for Enterprise Risk Engine project where my responsibilities involved in building infrastructure, gather inputs for Safer Payment modules, worked with Solution Architects to identify data flow solution, installed Safer Payments product in test environment and built SBG for higher environments.

• Installed and configured IBM Safer Payments in test environment and created SBG's for higher environments

Joined as Application Support Lead for AML Applications. My responsibilities include managing production system for Financial Crime Investigation project, managing offshore team to support application 24/7, managing daily batch schedules, production releases, non-production environments maintenance, provide support to development teams and testing teams, work with business team for production issues, work with vendor BAE team for fix patches and new releases, preparing SBG's and checklist for production releases.

Accomplishments:

• Joined from off-shore with no knowledge in AML domain, but sooner I became key resource in the project and became lead for the FCI application.
• Gained client confidence and received appreciations couple of times for handling different issues/implementations at different times.
• Collaborated with business teams to resolve application-related issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintained comprehensive documentation regarding all aspects of supported applications.
• Automated several manual processes using java and shell scripting, which saved several manual hours monthly.
• Played key role in setting up auto deployments by integrating BitBucket, Artifactories and Ansible.

Worked as Senior Developer and worked for Global Pre-Billing System and BM Training and Education Services Presentation Layer projects. My responsibilities include development using Java technologies, mentoring juniors, conducting technical reviews for peers. Worked closely with architect and the client in requirement gathering and solutioning, responsible for fixing production defects, promoting code to production.

Joined as Java Developer and worked for Brihanmumbai Octroi Software System (BOSS). My responsibilities includes developing Java code based on existing .Net application, database design, UI forms design, Java Scripting, resolving production bugs.

Accomplishments:

• Joined the team as the only Java developer in team and mentored team in Java development as rest of the team were .Net developers
• Within one year I became team lead and managed all the deliverables
• Played key role in creating and maintaining ISO documentation and handled auditors with very minimal audit findings
• Successfully demonstrated project to the client and played key role in getting contract from the client
• As this company was a start up company, I got opportunity to get expertise in all software development life cycles.
