I have over 8 years’ working experience as relationship manager of financial institutions business in Banking. Acting as a senior relationship manager, I explored the business needs of the customers, include banks and non-banks financial institutions, and provided seamless solutions through marketing to execution. Based on clients’ requirement, I liaised with professional product teams to deliver the integrated financial products, such as credit loans, deposits, bonds, etc. to the potential customers and prepared the customized credit proposals to maintain strong relationship with clients.
1. Identify and build profitable relationships with prospects and customers consistent with the objectives of the bank.
2. Provide one-stop financial solutions by actively selling and delivering bank’s extensive range of products and services to customers while maximizing our share of customers' total business.

4. Perform the deposit and loan portfolio in the department, including portfolio monitoring for quality, risk, to ensure it is adherence to policy and check the KPI completion status.
1. Participate in building up the infrastructure the Non-Bank FI business in Financial Institutions department and the establishment of internal policy including the loan product, AML and Credit.
2. Contribute the first Non-bank FI cross-board Loan for the bank.
3. Promote over 70% of deposit and 20% of loan portfolio in the branch.
4. Effectively manage the whole credit procedure for every project.

1. Responsible for the intra group collaboration. The client bases are focus on overseas and domestic intra-group members including the strategic partner Standard bank Group.
2. Closely coordinate with the overseas and domestic intra-group on the cross-border financing business.
