Summary

As a performance minded quality assurance and performance improvement professional, I have spent over nine years working in the private sector to create, improve and organize management systems, and policy structure at two organizations that both have a strong focus on project management and engineering and I am currently leading important quality improvement initiates within Primary Care at the Ministry of Health. My work experience has enabled me to understand and ensure application of both private and public service expectations and requirements and allows me to use my strong skills in risk-based critical thinking within comprehensive project and policy minded organizations. I have made significant and impactful changes throughout my career and, as a result, senior managers executives regularly seek my advice and expertise.
