I am a graduate from Acadia University with a degree in Bachelor Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Employment Relations. For the past 10 years I have collaborated directly with customers and clients in my employment opportunities where I have provided exceptional client service. I have delivered high impact work while maintaining the integrity of the programs I worked with, Nova Scotia Provincial Government at Access Nova Scotia and most recently worked as a Passport Officer with Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). I have a vast knowledge of the Canadian Passport policies, procedures and legislative guidelines which contributes to my achievement of maintaining high priority work goals. I thrive in a fast-paced setting as I can readily adapt to changing environments all while maintaining positive end target results for overall success. I believe I have the skills for achieving positive resolutions which helps facilitate a collaborative effort between internal and external partners. I am committed to lifelong learning and strive to go beyond to contribute and help enable continuous improvement for myself and for client service. I run my own hockey camp called Rose Hockey Club (RHC). This has me keeping track of money, scheduling ice times, paying for said ice times, creating practice plans, ensuring that each player receives the best aid in becoming a better player.
