1. Designed 1500+ projects for AT&T in which most of the jobs are one touch i.e 100% in Quality . Worked in Bay, North for West region. Identified conflicts in path provided by planning, site walk and google maps. Also having idea about address validation.
2. Working under AT&T projects, FTTH, F1 & F2 , FTTH & GPON(Scoping and Designing). Owned the quality control process and started QC to produce a value-engineered design, Also did Quality check for other
engineers job as a QC Engineer. I was the first person in the team who shifted Quality Control for splitter expansion job in Mohali from US team.
3. Trained 15+ engineers to comfortably work with operating software ARAMIS-DT for jobs like energize, Underground, FTTP, splitter expansion, aerial and documents for different types of jobs.
4. Specifically gave knowledge about splitter expansion jobs, routing step & doing AOTX. Developed understanding of time and labor associated FTIs.
