As a CSA I checked in passengers, boarded aircraft, tagged baggs, answered questions in regards to products and services, information about destinations and things to do. As well as many other random question and tasks.

I provided exceptional customer service to new and returning clientele, guest menu inquires, made complex cocktails, poured beer and wine in a high volume face paced environment, (for all servers as well as my section) inventory, daily cash-outs, end of day close, and other duties as needed.
