I started Eleteria with the ultimate goal to embody my internal values, that is about bringing more like-minded people together and helping businesses and individuals to go beyond of what is expected from them.

The main focus of our projects is at AWS-based infrastructures. My responsibilities so far have included the following:

• Determined vision and strategic direction for the projects and coordinate resources to achieve targets within optimal timeframes.
• Managed strategic business relationships, including negotiating contract terms and handling conflicts.
• Identified and pursued valuable business opportunities to generate new company revenue and improve bottom line profit.
• Negotiated, prepared and signed contracts with clients.
• Kept projects on schedule by managing deadlines and adjusting workflows as needed.
• Collaborated with project owners and team members to set ambitious but achievable goals.
• Developed executive presentations and reports to facilitate project evaluation and process improvement
• Tracked all hours and expenses to keep project on task and within budgetary parameters.

• Established financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.

This is a long-term collaboration-based employment throughout which I have acquired the most of my technical and transferable soft skills. I have done lots of R&D using many different technologies:

1. JAVA SE and JAVA Android:

• GRPC and protobuf
• Networking (sockets, TCP/UDP protocols)

Volunteered in the University of Manitoba Space Applications and Technology Society (UMSATS) that attempts to expose students to the field of rocketry. I joined Avionics division team that was focused on development of the board computer for a designed rocket.

Started my career as a Junior Android Developer. I was primarily focused on backend development.

I was involved in three commerical projects. Throughout my employment there, for a few months I:

• Managed all aspects of Android app lifecycle from research and planning through deployment and post-launch support.
• Maintained comprehensive knowledge of mobile development cycle and addressed challenges arising in each phase.
• Used specific code versioning tools to manage and implement changes to programs.
• Consistently used Android SDK to produce highly effective and nuanced content.
