- Supporting our retail stores with the reorganizing of their shelf products by implementing new schematics .

- Helping with the merchandising of new stores and stores that were going through remodels. Rebuilding aisles and display units.

- Working with major and minor product suppliers and brokers by ordering and reaching out to the reps for product information.

- stocking, ticketing and imputing the products into their SAP automated inventory.

My job was to oversee a crew that cleaned, sanitized and completed maintenance on refrigerated and freezer display cases for the B.C. division. This work was completed over night.

I would start my day at 4:30 am and would coordinate the restocking and resetting of the stores shelf products for these cases that we had completed.

Other job responsibilities were;

- scheduling coordinating with the locations we are servicing

- coordinating travel for the group for our trips throughout BC

- completing monthly updates on the work completed , issues that were solved

- providing input on the condition of the store equipment to upper management

• Supervised daily operations of produce department, ensuring optimal product quality and freshness.
• Trained staff on inventory management systems, enhancing accuracy in stock control.
• Implemented merchandising strategies to boost sales and improve customer experiencce.
• Guide employees to provide excellent customer service
