Tin Ka Siu

Handle approximately 20-30 calls per day and conduct intakes with clients to identify their needs
Work directly with new immigrants, providing assistance to clients seeking settlement-related services both over the phone and in person
Develop and maintain a filing system
Offer information and orientation to newcomers and make appropriate referrals
Liaise with government and community services to ensure the accuracy of information provided to clients
Supervise and provide training for volunteers assisting at the front counter
Provide interpretation and translation services between English and Chinese
Assist in designing flyers and managing intakes for workshops provided by our center and IRCC

To promote and sell building materials and playground equipment toArchitects Firms (
Government Sector and Associations, Property Developers)
Customer Servicing
Using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications to pitch clients
Establish sales goals and KPIs that align with the marketing strategy

Providing support for key accounts by learning about and satisfying theirneeds
Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services toprospective buyers
Maintain good business relationships with key account
(Government, Hospital Authority, Hotel and Universities accounts etc.)
