- Partake in daily briefings and weekly training to stay updated with any new practices and changes within the industry.

- Perform daily equipment and safety checks to ensure all gear and equipment are in proper working order.

- Respond to guests with injuries and assist them with getting off the mountain.

- Assist the avy team with avalanche control and daily weather/ snow observations.

- Perform regular day to day duties and jobs such as, fixing fences, lifting tower pads, cleaning signs, etc, to ensure the mountain is always in a professional looking state.

I manage the day to day Custom Farming operations at Teekafirs Farms LTD in the summer. This includes:

-interviewing and hiring employees.

-Training employees and ensuring they are operating at a safe, efficient, and high quality level.

-Managing a complex schedule that is very dependent of the weather, employees availability, and clients crop conditions.

- Closely monitoring hundreds of acres of crop conditions at a time to ensure we harvest at the best time for the best quality of feed.

- Create checklists and spreadsheets to record client info of fields and conditions.

- Create and send invoices to clients after the completion of a job.

- perform regular maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- coordinate with local shops to arrange major equipment repairs and resupply any low or out of stock materials.
