Summary

Some say receptionist, I say company assistant; I am a passionate person that goes the extra mile to not only make the customer happy, but staff as well. Being apart of a company that went from one radio station to five in less than five years was quite an experience. I have a hat in each department and have been grateful to learn so much from Online Design, to Accounting, to Marketing, to Sales, to Radio- my own personal accomplishment, being able to create my own radio program on one of the stations.

Assistant to Radio Bingo manager

  • Radio Bingo employee, nights; Radio Bingo Caller, manning board and being professional, live- following AGLC guidelines and communicating the game to players in well manner, especially if there are technical issues. Phone Verifier, answering phone during game, being respectful and efficient to answer any questions. Writing winner information down accurately and efficiently, as on air game time has certain parameters. Ball Operator, recording all game activity, paper and electronic to assure AGLC rules are followed
  • Open/Enter all mail returns, maintaining monthly spreadsheets of all outgoing/incoming mail for end of year, for over 120 stores across Alberta
  • Balance customer files at end of year to correlate with Accounting
  • Produce/Process outgoing/incoming Invoices into Accounting system for daily Sales
  • Monitoring Sales regularly, weekly meetings with manager before outgoing Invoices are made
