- Facilitates team-building and staff development by acting as a clinical role model and resource for the interdisciplinary team; resolves practice issues within the interdisciplinary team.

- Acute Care, Obstetrics, Emergency and Charge Nurse roles
- Coordinated care with physicians and other clinical staff to carry out
interventions to deliver comprehensive services in a 33 bed unit.
- Worked closely with physicians and other emergency room professionals to
triage, assess and treat patients in a 6 bed active emergency room.
- Maintained active certification in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, moreOB, NRP and other
relevant learning throughout my 22 years employment with Drumheller Hospital.
