I have been playing tennis for over 15 years and have competed in several competitions at school and regionally back home in Tokyo, Japan.
I am very passionate for cooking. I enjoy cooking foods that come out of bistros, Michelin starred restaurants and other high quality restaurants. I pay very close attention to the presentation, the taste and flavour of each component that is on the dish and the overall balance of those components.
I played the electric organ (which is similar to a keyboard) for 8 years, right before I started high school. I stopped to focus on school. However, my interest in music never dwindled and as of now, I compose orchestral and dramatic music from time to time.
