- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop and adapt treatment plans, including delegating to and monitoring a PTA when appropriate

- Effectively communicate and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team during patient rounds and on a regular basis as needed to ensure patient safety and assist with efficient discharge planning

- Provide education to patients and families during therapy sessions and family meetings

- Complete clinical documentation and workload statistics in a timely manner

- Actively participate in unit level business meetings to assist with overall unit improvements

- Clinical Instructor for several University of Toronto Physiotherapy students

- Assisted with achieving Accreditation as well as the Stroke Distinction classification

- Provided physiotherapy coverage for two weeks on the Orthopedic and Geriatric Activation inpatient unit due to organizational needs
