• Assist the Local Government Unit in the conduct of Covid-19 vaccination immunization activity
• Assist the Local Government Unit in the conduct of profiling and mop-up vaccination of missed target clientele and tracking of defaulter
• Conduct health education on the benefits of immunization and on Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI)
• Facilitate thesubmission of reports of the vaccination team through the official reporting mechanism and ensure that reports (hardcopy) will be submitted to RHU/PHO/DOH-CVCHD
