A typical budget workout for a standard commercial building in Bhutan was between Nu 40 million to Nu 50 million (CAD 750000 to CAD 1000000) depending on the specifications and difficulty of the work to be executed

• Management of 50 skilled construction workers and effectively allocating jobs as per the site requirements
• Completed construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.
• Management of revenue, materials, schedule, and time of completion of multiple tasks and activities of the ongoing projects
• Provided technical expertise throughout all project phases, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
• Negotiated contracts with vendors to secure advantageous terms, contributing to cost savings.

Participated in research on sustainable and disaster-resilient buildings in Bhutan

• Carried out 3 site visits and inspections of 10 rammed earth building construction
• Further analysis and research on how to make traditional buildings more resilient against earthquakes
• Provided qualitative suggestions based on structural analysis of the buildings using design software such as ETABS and Staad Pro
