• Gathering information from clients to determine their shipping needs
• Obtaining shipping quotes from carriers and passing them on to clients
• Negotiate between clients and carriers to help secure better rates for clients
• Create ACE and ACI manifests for shipments.
• Monitor Loadlink to find and book loads.
• Communicate with carriers and customers regarding status of shipments .
• Utilize transportation management systems(AVAAL, AVAAL 2, Load Link , ELD ,EXPERT, etc) to track shipments and generate reports.
• Logging drivers/brokers, ensuring they have all paperwork.
• Analyze transportation data to optimize routes ,reduce costs and Scheduling drivers accordingly.
• Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices.
• Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
• Create lasting relationships with customers, drivers, and coworkers.
• Planning of LTL, Tracking & tracing.
• Resolve any issues that arise during shipping process.

• Enter all paperwork and other records using Microsoft NAV Dynamics (company's Gate Control software Tool).
• Preparing Manifest and Bill of Lading, printing & scanning.
• Dealing with Truckers and providing them Manifest,Bill of lading and seal.
• Communicating with carriers and dispatchers on emails
• Ensure goods are accurately gated into and out of warehouse in timely manner.
• Communication with Warehouse when delays are expected.
• Other related duties as specified by management.

• To ensure proper packaging of candy and chocolate products
• To follow necessary steps in building boxes and displays, and then filling them with product
• Take care of palletizing, applying labels, wrapping and strapping
• Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage
• Keep complete records of all materials that go through warehouse

• Safety and security of students by providing supervision in classrooms during lunch breaks.
• To ensure all Medical & Safety protocols are in place during lunch hours.
