Responsibilities included conducting assessments, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, administering medications, managing pain, and delivering patient education. Supported patients through grief and bereavement care. Assisted with admissions, discharges, IV initiation, NG tube management, PPN, PICC line care, dressing changes, blood administration,urinary catheterization, bladder scanning, management of drains, post-mortem care and postoperative recovery.
Day Surgery: Provided pre- and post-procedure support, preparing patients, conducting assessments, and ensuring smooth transitions throughout same-day procedural stays.
