I am a friendly, responsible, and organized High School Student looking to get a feel of the hospital life while volunteering. I have always wanted to become a doctor since I was younger, and I feel like this is the perfect place to volunteer during the summer. I have plenty years of experience with people from helping with watching my family, volunteering in my church, and assisting in school with leadership roles. I love learning new skills, working with new people, I can manage multiple tasks, and look forward to becoming part of your team.
I frequently watch my younger cousins, younger brother, and family friends when I am asked to. I watch them while keeping them company, making food for them, and making sure their same overall. I always enjoy watching/hanging out with younger kids, so this is very enjoyable for me even without making money.
I volunteered at my church in the usher and hospitality ministers. I volunteered in helping with children, planning church events like ANIDA (All Nations International Development Agency), and help in directing people to their seats along with cleaning the church on Saturday's with my dad.
I was a member of the student council in grade 4,5,6. I imputed ideas for school events and assemblies. I was a voice for my classes to make their ideas heard to the rest of the school. In grade 7&8 I was the captain of my house team. I was in charge of helping in events, presenting in assembly, and being responsible for my house team. It was very enjoyable and a great learning experience for me.
I helped my teachers throughout my elementary school years with many things. From helping the younger kids with homework, reading, taking them to the bathroom, and much more. To helping my teacher get papers from the printer, assist with organizing the classroom at the end of the day, and overall helping them with whatever is needed.

- My short story has made it to Lion's Club short story contest.
