• Created and maintained event expenditures and budgets, timelines, vendors and locations for internal events including The Downtown Farmers' Market, Manyfest, Winter Wanderland and AGM.
• Onsite management and logistical coordinator of large scale indoor and outdoor public events
• Chaired Host It grant program, allocating $120 000 funds to downtown event strategies
• Curation and launch of three new tours, working with marketing, communication and graphic design teams

• First point of contact in booking outdoor space in Assiniboine Park for weddings, picnic sites, film productions and concerts
• Lead onsite Coordinator for Boo at the Zoo and Zoo Lights with combined attendance of 150 000 guests, with over large profit margins

• Part time assistant to repeat gold medallion award winner from The Winnipeg Real Estate Board. Administrative assignments including website maintenance, social media upkeep, property feature sheets and procuring client gift baskets.

• Performed opening and closing duties, printing sales reports, setting up for incoming shift, preparing cash drawers, and taking inventory.
• Supervised and trained staff on preparing and delivering drinks, handling food, and money and setting up bar at beginning of shift and breaking down at end of shift to facilitate operations.
• Oversaw and monitored cash drawers and reconciled drawers against cash register reports at close of business.
