Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and software: Installation, configuration, upgrading, maintenance. Proficient with MS Windows, Office, Graphic design using Adobe and Autodesk Software. Programing Languages: assembly, C++, Visual Basic and Python. Performed first level repair for line failures (board repair/ BGA replacement). Soldering and unsoldering various electronics components (through-hole and service-mount soldering and soldering under microscope). Assembled wire and cable harnesses. Performed repairing of LCD panel displays. Debugging and replacement of back lights and components.
Electrical Panel Assembly and Wiring Experience: Reading and understanding bill of materials and picking needed parts accordingly. Assembling sheet metal sides to form control panel box: Using electrical drills, screw drivers, wrenches and sockets. Measuring and cutting DI Rails, using measuring tape and cutting circular saw or hand saw. Drilling holes, installing hole-bushings. Measuring and marking the location for the electrical components inside the panel. Installing PC Boards, Control Boards, Controllers, PLC and I/O Modules. Installing electrical components like fuse-holders, common blocks, transformers, contactors, MSP (motor safety protection), Relays, Terminal and ground common connectors. Using schematics, wiring diagrams and wiring tables to determining wire gauge, color and how many wires needed. Cutting wires and cables to the needed lengths. Printing and applying wire labels and wire shrink wraps. Installing wire and cable sticky holders and then using wire tie mounts. Crimping cable lugs to cables. Connecting different wire sizes (gauges) and colors to the electrical components. Routing and tying wires neatly using tie straps or wire-spacers. Finally, checking and inspecting all the wires and cables connections, labels, and colors.
Engineering Drawings using: AutoCAD & Electrical AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, Electronics Workbench, OrCAD. Autodesk Alias and 3dMax for 3d-modeling: Utilizing Electrical AutoCAD to draw and modify electrical and electronics wirings, circuits and motor control and other components and connections. Producing workable drawings from sketches, written and verbal instructions. Preparing drawings for design files, bill of materials and engineering changing notes. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics. Reviewing wiring diagrams drawings for accuracy.
