  • Provides front line intake services to community members accessing services under the Mental Wellness portfolio (Supportive Housing, Mental health and Addictions, Egowadiyadagenha Land based Healing Centre)
  • Provides assistance in connecting clients to programming in other departments as well as external services

  • Accountable for reviewing eligibility and program expectations prior to clients being assigned to their case manager
