Develop and lead Group's strategy in broadening ISP students' experiences, increasing learning opportunities for them and helping them reach their destination of choice through productive partnerships with various educational institutions and organizations such as universities, colleges, and companies. I work purposefully to establish group approach for comprehensive career counselling programme, lead strategy for university and college admissions for ISP schools, and develop ongoing professional learning for career counsellors in each region. I also designed, curated and delivered a bespoke Parent Talk program to increase self efficacy in carers to support children become future ready.
