I am currently working as Database officer in a group of thirty-five employees in the Research Directorate of the Immigration and Refugee Board.
I am actively looking for an opportunity (an acting, a term or an indeterminate one) that will allow me to develop my expertise in business administration or other related fields. I also hold the secret security side. I seek to diversify my professional experience in the public service and to take on new challenges.
I have various customer service experiences, such as responding to customer inquiries about products and services offered, tracking accounts payable, travel arrangements etc.
In addition, I gained experience managing my managers' diaries, expense reports, and minutes of meetings in my public service jobs.
My experiences allowed me to proactively research and anticipate future customer needs.
I have experience in preparing and tracking staffing files, obtaining personal information from clients, logging and managing them.
