Customer Service: I worked at the front counter and drive-thru, and handled cash and credit cards. I was responsible for making sure customers got their food and beverages, as well as listening and fixing any complaints.

• Food handling and safety: I handled food and drinks using various machines such as a grill, conveyor toaster, coffee machines and other equipment.

Deep cleaning: At the end of the shift, I had to sweep, mop the floors, and sanitize the tables and chairs.

• Customer Service: I would greet warmly and seat the customers. Take their food and drink orders accurately.
• Food handling and safety: I learned how to separate food so there isn’t cross-contamination. Store hot and cold food at the correct temperature. Wash and clean the tables after every customer.
• Deep cleaning: At the end of the shift, I had to sweep, mop the floors, and sanitize the tables and chairs.
