• As Addiction counselor/Mental health Clinician with seniors' population provide quality, client focused, recovery based and culturally appropriate assessment, treatment, case management, crisis intervention, education and referral services for clients and their families; as well as community stabilization services. I develop and implement treatment plans and provide a range of interventions which offer least intrusive and most appropriate services to clients and their families. I also monitor and evaluate client progress and achievement of recovery goals and adapt treatment as needed. As an Addiction Counsellor III, I use skills to build an excellent relationship with clients, families, government staff and colleagues.

As a Clinical Operations, for the East York Area in Toronto, I was responsible and accountable for providing the direction, leadership and coordination of the activities of the organizational team by planned, delivered, and evaluated of acute and seniors health care in the community. This includes the coordination of health services as they relate to the operations within the community and supportive living, and home care services including partnerships with supportive living or other partners such as Lodges in the community.
