Throughout the summer, I have been teaching a variety of outdoor rock climbing courses such as:

- Intro to Rock Climbing

- Top rope Anchors

- Private Instruction (Half-Day/Full-Day)

- Private Bouldering Sessions

• Daily workload: Boot modifications, Sales, Mounting Skis, Organization of Store, Strategic Product Placement, Product Knowledge presentation (yearly)
• Training of New Employees by shadowing and teaching specific skills

• Used safe practices and sound rope systems to clean windows effectively and efficiently.
• Worked well in a team setting, providing support and guidance

• Transport and Unloading of Wooden Finishing products for construction sites (Commercial buildings, houses, condos, etc).
• Ability to transport hundreds of pounds of materials between many different floor levels.
• Built good customer - staff relationships with contractors and answering their comments and requests with improvements.

• Provided helpful advice and comments on different types of equipment (i.e. Skis)
• Organized the Backcountry Skiing department in order to manage high numbers of members can be helped in a timely fashion
• Helped with Boot fittings and gear adjustments
