As a Project Manager, I am a big believer in a proper requirements analysis and engaging stakeholders in a meaningful way in the planning phase. Proper planning leads to seamless execution phase and ultimately a successful project.
In addition to my PMP certification, I have extensive public policy experience in and out of government. I also bring political and staff level policy lenses to my work as I have worked in both fields and understand the dynamics of both.
