Volunteer Experience

  • Lowe’s – Voice Team Member, Lowe’s, Building, maintaining, and improving a great place to work by being a part of a team that works towards driving meaningful changes for the coming year. As a member, we discuss how the workplace can improve for employees through the employee/associate opinion survey of the previous year. We develop an action plan based on employee input and address the most areas needing most concern throughout the coming year. Some of the duties/tasks that I have overseen are: Monthly meeting minutes.
