• Manage and supervise staff and distribute the duties to each employee working at gas station/ convenience store.

• Fix the prices of the merchandise to be sold.

• Hire and train the staff according to the requirements and assign them duties best fit to their skills.

• Day to day banking and reconcile all invoices to the inventory.

• Control the inventory and manage the sales as well.

• Handle and resolve all customer complaints.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and shortage report of gas and merchandise.

• Manage and ensure safe operation of the gas station and convenience store.

• Demonstrate explain products to promote sales or as requested by the customer and follow company approved customer service standard.
• Coordinate and communicate product details and specifications for marketing in different markets.
• works with suppliers and agents to arrange proper in-transit permission on shipments to various locations.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
