Accomplishments

In addition to Mental Health, I also have an interest in many alternative and natural health practices. In natural health and wellness I have attained many certifications and diplomas that address comprehensive wellness. My passion has always been to support and guide excellence in the enrichment of body, mind, and spirit.

I had originally retired in March 2024 from Mental Health but I could not also forget my passion and desire to inspire and motivate others to embody a healthy lifestyle.
