In this role, I currently:

• Design and develop Health and Safety courses (online, face to face, virtual and blended) using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, PowerPoint, etc
• Enhance e-learning experiences by designing interactive and engaging course content.
• Develop comprehensive instructional materials for diverse learning styles, resulting in improved learner comprehension.

Initially hired as an Organizational Development and Performance Specialist, I also provided strategic, tactical and logistical support for internal training programs for WSPS employees.

• Taught students enrolled in the eLearning Design and Development Program within Lambton College the following courses: Tech Tools Lab: LMS and Web Conferencing; Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Web Conferencing Applications; Capstone project and Assessing Performance Needs.

• Oversaw the educational programs for CAIRP (Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals) students, which include candidates in the CIRP (Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional) Qualification Program (CQP), and led the procurement and implementation of a Learning Management System and an online proctoring software solution.

• Conducted a needs assessment to develop a plan to reduce costs and improve learner experience within the program, and spearheading the implementation of a new Learning Management System.
• Implemented innovative learning tools and technologies, to foster a dynamic learning experience for students.

• Managed a global digital marketing training curriculum that reached thousands of learners in over 70 countries
• Ensured learning outcomes were met, brand compliance was achieved, and organizational objectives were aligned with all learning solutions
• Managed an offshore course development team which developed online course content for the global network.

• Taught in-person, hybrid and and online courses effectively, maintaining an orderly learning environment conducive to student success.
• Courses taught include Media, Technology and Education (EDEC 262), Communication in Education (EDEC 203), Expressive Writing (EDEC 208), Effective Communication (EDEC 202).

• Provided strategic support to the Director of the Center for Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) while conducting my PhD field work.

• Designed and facilitated focus groups, workshops, and process mapping sessions for various units across the University in support of their process improvement initiatives.
• Designed, developed and launched multiple online training courses and tutorials for students and staff using Flash, Captivate, Camtasia and Adobe Presenter
• Increased participant engagement by incorporating interactive activities and group discussions into sessions.
