  • I started out with this company as a milk picker. Soon after I was trained on a forklift to be a forklift operator and complete “dock” and “reach” shifts since 2020. I currently complete 14 hour shifts, including lead hand/supervisor shifts as well. I’m up to date with all of my training and safety protocols. I have also completed extra training and received certificate of completion for the following;
  • Forklift operation - 2020,2024
  • Lift Truck- April 2023
  • Fall Arrest- April 2023
  • Scissor/ Boom lift- April 2023

  • I am confident in my occupation of choice alongside being able to complete necessary tasks outside of my normal shift work with the training I have received. I am responsible for following safety protocols and instructing the night shift crew. I organize the shift, load trailers, do load sheets, complete pick sheets, and ensure the staff on the floor is following safety rules and regulations alongside completing tasks within a timely manner.
