I am currently seeking a long term full time position. I have been incredibly successful over the last 19 years in sales management, business development, developing relationships, building value, trust, and helping customers and sales teams solve specific needs, team building and problem solving. I have won several awards for excellence and continue to strive to exceed expectations. I would like to be working somewhere I can use my skills to become a valuable team member and further my experience. I am looking for something that utilizes my strengths and abilities in management, sales and quality control. I enjoy bringing solutions to my customers and team members and am always there to help when needed.
I am a self-motivated person with a positive outlook. I have proven time and time again the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. I place high importance on integrity, honesty and value. I will always put in the work to find the answers for a customer or coworker. This has earned me a great reputation for being reliable and helpful among my peers and customers. Building and promoting strong, long lasting customer relationships through understanding customer needs is also very important to me. I am a fast learner and a great team player. I can blend in easily to most environments and am very resourceful when it comes to learning new skills and completing new tasks. I have in the past done a lot with very few tools and I take great pride in what I have accomplished. Under my management, Bow Ridge Sports received dealer of the year many years in a row. I set new records in sales for the dealership and grew business year after year. Because of my ability to recognize and remember small details I have been able to perform my duties with great accuracy and learn so much from my past work experiences. I have created procedures, operations and systems for all kinds of tasks. I am always excited to learn new things and find new ways to use my attributes to help my team succeed.
