• Establish transport rates with various suppliers for bulk deliveries as well as on-site refueling and multiple site drop points for commercial offers.

• Supervise and manage materials handling crew, including 30T crane with operator, rigging crew, high capacity loader and operator, tractors with drivers and fleet of over one-hundred trailers and seventy-five containers
• Ensure proper unloading and loading of freight trains (box cars, flat-racks, rail cars) arriving or leaving the mine rail loop.
• Daily administration and oversight of free issued materials, including material receiving reports, over short or damaged reports and all other contractor service requests.

• Responsible for supplier kick-off meetings; coordinate engineering requirements, documentation and site delivery dates to ensure all parties are working together (cradle-to-grave)
