• Surviving and developing pharmacies in turmoil of changes with fast and multidimensional responses, developing several clinics, and evolving the company by turning a mission impossible into a possible one
• Developed one small pharmacy to several joint pharmacies in a tough business situation, and answered appropriately and in time for regulatory changes affecting businesses in several aspects as like as starting joint clinics next to pharmacies, changing daily pharmacies to 24/7 ones, developing services and marketing strategies and on-line marketing, taking alternative investment on land and other industries as support for current business, etcetera
• Furthermore, led, managed, and, developed small pharmaceutical company by developing marketing and R&D, besides contracting demands resulted in improving pipelines from two products to more than ten products
• Contracting with a handful of manufacturers, marketing companies, etcetera.
• Handling a pharmaceutical company from A to Z demands an abundance of science, techniques, and tactics spanning from managerial ones to R&D and economics.

• Expanding one pharmacy to a bigger one and several other joint pharmacies and clinics, and changing the style of pharmacies in Tabriz.
• As pharmacist and pharmacy manager, by adhering to the principles of CRM, we turned our pharmacy into one of the top pharmacies in the city. Accordingly, we communicated this culture to most of our pharmacies since our allies in those centers were my assistants whom I had coached before.

• Proposing one of the underlying reasons for resistance to HAART and its solution, and introducing a new field of research in the region.
• Completing a comprehensive overview study on the pharmacokinetics and pharmacogenetics of HAART agents, wrote several research proposals, did several article reviews, published 2 book chapters and several joint manuscripts, etc.
