Lucas Welgan

Over the course of the past two years, I've grown considerably in the produce department, not just skill but also mindset to being part of the team. I've gained the understanding of pride toward what we're doing, assisting others, and keeping it all going even when it is hectic. I'm proud to work for the department and for those around me on a daily basis. I've made it my goal to lead by example whenever possible, whether it's training new hires when I have the chance, picking up the slack when it is hectic, to simply being at work on a daily basis with the proper mindset.

I'm ready for the next step since I'd like to contribute more to the team and assist us in further development. I'm experienced enough to know the department to an extensive level, and I'm looking forward to having the opportunity to assume greater responsibility and continue to grow along with the company in the next coming years.
