Project: Staffing Process Optimization.

• Supported the improvement of the enterprise staffing process covering job posting, career content updates on the website, several job board managements, role requisition management, interview process management, and background checks
• Functioned in a team of HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, Scrum Masters, Internal Auditors, Technical Recruiters, Talent Partners, Engagement Managers, Onboarding and Delivery Specialists
• Assisted in creating project documents and organizing them in SharePoint to increase transparency
• Tracked, gathered, and analyzed metrics such as epic, sprint, and release burn-down charts, burn-up charts, velocity charts, lead and cycle time to measure progress, patterns, influence planning, and aid decision making

• Assisted with the elaboration of epics, themes, and features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint, helping define the sprint goal and focus on achieving it
