Customer authentication consists of a combination of One Time Password (OTP) and Dynamic KBA (Knowledge Based Authentication) Dynamic KBA is one of the Step-up security level where in IDology an external vendor would be providing questions based on participant social and security information. The Event involves the migration of accounts from the two main HBOS banking platforms TD01 and wCBS onto the main LTSB banking platform rCBS. Financial Reconciliation will be performed during the migration event to ensure the balance migrates as expected and there are no unexplained differences in the General Ledger, Regulatory and statutory reporting. Financial Reconciliation solution will reuse a combination of existing heritage solutions from both Group Finance areas.
