PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of Rating – Intact and Belair Quebec, West & Ontario is to deliver Quality Insurance product to market, maximize client productivity and realize cost efficiency through the usage of appropriate processes, optimum scale, and best tools available and in-depth domain knowledge which leads to best-in-class global delivery model. The objective of the rating project is to ensure that premium is calculated as per the coverage and endorsement selected by the clients when applying for property and casualty insurance in Pega.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

  • Understand the high-level requirements and customer technology landscape through review of documents.
  • Created accurate and successful test scripts to manage automated testing of certain products and features.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of Identity services is to protect personal information and financial assets of customer prior to granting access by deploying RSA at login and as well as Step up Security at high-risk transactions and interactions conducted through web channel. This responds to regulatory guidance and industry practice which calls for customer authentication using Step-up authentication. Customer authentication consists of a combination of One Time Password (OTP) and Dynamic KBA (Knowledge Based Authentication) Dynamic KBA is one of the Step-up security level where in IDology an external vendor would be providing questions based on participant social and security information. User is assigned risk level based on the OES policy.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

  • Understand high-level requirements and customer technology landscape through review of documents.
  • Analyze and Validate the requirements. Create Project Plan & strategy covering timelines, resource, deployment, Test Environment Requests, scope for test automation, exit/entry criteria and the functionality to be tested.
  • Identify scenarios based on understanding of systems, interfaces, and application.

The Event involves the migration of accounts from the two main HBOS banking platforms TD01 and wCBS onto the main LTSB banking platform rCBS. Financial Reconciliation will be performed during the migration event to ensure the balance migrates as expected and there are no unexplained differences in the General Ledger, Regulatory and statutory reporting. Financial Reconciliation solution will reuse a combination of existing heritage solutions from both Group Finance areas.
