Member of the MCC Audio Recording System Project–NICE upgrade- 2021
- Tested and validated audio within the NICE audio system to ensure a seamless transition to the new NICE system, enhancing recording reliability and performance.
- Collaborated closed with IT to identify and document unused audio lines with the Medical Communication Centre, successfully locating missing audio sources and developing a comprehensive labeling system for all existing audio lines.

Transfer Suites Project
