As a CTO I have gained the interest, knowledge and necessary skills to accurately gather and relay information to new employees and assist them in achieving success within the Emergency Medical Dispatch world.

I’m able to evaluate and give constructive feedback along with connect with people to create a comfortable learning environment where everyone can flourish.
