I’m an approachable, fast learning, resilient & passionate Communications Officer who would enjoy the opportunity to help mentor the new intakes for the MCC. As a CTO I have gained the interest, knowledge and necessary skills to accurately gather and relay information to new employees and assist them in achieving success within the Emergency Medical Dispatch world.

With my experience in handling emergency situations I’m quickly and effeciently able to understand and manage emotions of others, I’m effectively able to work in a team oriented & dynamic environment. I have the ability to identify and resolve issues. I am well equipped with the knowledge of local and regional emergency response procedures, I have strong verbal and written communications skills including active listening, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure. I am proficient in using Computer-Aided Dispatch systems and other software. I have the ability to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. I am able to quickly adapt curriculum to meet the diverse needs of specific types of learners. I’m able to evaluate and give constructive feedback along with connect with people to create a comfortable learning environment where everyone can flourish.
